and yes! singtel successfully and totally pissed me off today when i made a bill enquiry.. i go to their feedback form and blast them asking them this “what shit process is this” and surpisingly i recieve a call from them less than 6 hours later.. i remember my feedback used to require 5 weeks of processing? crap.. number portability! i m porting over!! consider between starhub and m1.. like duh, as if got more options like that.
